I have version 10.00.00.3802.  It's been playing back mp3's and mpg's for
months until yesterday.  I can see the video and the bar moves across the
bottom on mp3's but with no sound.  All other windows sounds are working and
the mp3's playback on MusicMatch.  I have Dell 8250 ...
