i downloaded a movie file and when i clicked on it to view it, i get an error
message that says "windows media player encountered an unknown error" error

signed up and used the MSN music page and downloaded a couple of songs.  I
can see them in the music library and in my music folder but whenever I try
to play them I get the above error.

How do I upgrade from WMP 9 to WMP 10 ??
