I have tried to play several movies I have purchased from K-Mart and Wal Mart
on my computer. Some will play some will not. The ones that won't I get a
message that says codec cannot be found. It doesn't say how to get the codec.
I have went to the web help section of the message ...

When I go to open my program 'Rhapsody' this appears: "We're sorry, Rhapsody
could not authorize your PC to play this track.  It appears that the Windows
Media Licenses (WMDRM) on your PC are corrupt."
So then I go to Microsoft for help and it has me go through these steps.  At
