I keep getting the error message on media player 10 cood1199 the text reads
media player cannot play the file the player may not support the file type or
might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.

I have opened this file and played it a few times before.  Now when I try to
open this file, I get error ID: 0x80040241, Condition ID = 0x00000000.  How
can I get a .dvr-ms file to play.  I have Windows Media Player 10 and the
computer is new.  What's the problem?

When trying to sync to my MP3 player, I'm getting a pop up that states "A
null reference point was passed to the hub" and consequently am unable to
sync. I've had no issues syncing to this device using Windows MP on a
different computer.  All help is appreciated.

Is there a way in WMP 10 to select a MP3 Player as the source to play from?
The 'Play' menu lists the CD drives, but not the MP3 drives.  How can one
play from the player?

Setup:
I have a dell computer with two hard drives.  One 120Gb (almost empty) and
another 200Gb drive where I had all my music and movie files.  Last time I

When I insert a CD to be ripped, the name of the song and artist are not
displayed.  I cannot seem to figure out how to accomplish this.  I know on
Musicmatch, the name of each song is immediatley identified when inserting

Greetings All!
I've started having a weird problem with wmp 10. I usually minimize it to
that nice little toolbar when I'm listening to a playlist. Yesterday it
stopped working...sort of. It will still minimize to the taskbar/toolbar
