how do I update my media player from 9 to 10?? do i just download version 10
and will i lose all my songs in my library from media player 9 or does it
just update it and puts them into the new player?

When users try and play .avi files across the network from a shared location
the user only get audio.  When the file is copied to the local machine it
works fine.  SP2 was pushed to all desktops sense it worked last.

the wp10 on my windows xp has suddenly started recording only half of the
