I am running Windows Media Player version 10.00 on Windows XP, after
installing the last upgrade, it shows that I have an up to date  copy, and
then it detects the same upgrade!! and request permission to start again.

Can someone please tell me how to delete the list of recently played
files in Windows Media Player.  That's the list of about eight files
you see when you click "File" in the top menu bar.

Each time i try looking at a video in internet it cant be playied, and i have
version 10, but when the video window appears (in a window of internet)it

When i click a file such as a 20 second clip to watch on the Windows Media
