I can't drag and drop anything to the now playing list in media player9. I'm using xp pro with media player9 series and when I try to drag and drop mp3's or any other media file type it gives me the circle with a slash through it and will not let me add the file. I can play a ...

Can someone tell me how to shut down Media Player's propensity for automatically ripping every CD I put in the drive? I'm using Real Player, have turned off everything in the "File Type" screen in Media Player, but it still starts ripping like it owns the damn place!

My windows media player goess off to the right and is not visible when I open it or insert a cd in to play, plays just fine. I have uninstalled it and have reinstalled it and I have also now loaded player 10 and it still does the same thing. Can anyone help me with this problem.
