I have some clips (mpg files) longer then 5 minutes saved on cds and some of them when I open them they just play only 40 seconds. Even if they are over 5 minutes long, on WMP10 and other media programs they show that they are long only 40 seconds!

Despite the poor design and library vs. playlist issues, is anyone else having a problem with WMP continuing to play music after you have closed and/or exited out of the program? If so, anyone know any way to fix this problem?

I just installed the WMP 10 and now my songs sound like they are skipping. Every3 seconds a skip or short pause can be heard. Does anyone know what is causing it? And how to fix it?\ Thank You,

When I insert a DVD the autoplay window comes up and allows me to chose to play the DVD in either windowsmedia player or in WinDVD. If I chose the WinDVD it still plays in windowsmedia player. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Windows media 10. The media box shows up in the task bar and I can hear it playing but, I can not see it playing. I click maximize and restore and still nothing happens.

When I try to play a DVD file (.vob) from my hard disk it gives the error message "Windows Media Player cannot skip to the requested location.". But the file used to play before my last windows installation. What should I do now. Can any one help me please!

I just installed the 77.72 ver. driver formy nvidia 6800 gt card and when I play videos on wmp 10, the videos play but the color is completely off. It's like a "negative", like the the contrast is too high and the colors are being washed out. I reinstalled an earlier version ...
