I have an intermittent fault in that WMP 10 tries to open certain websites. WMP opens and tells me it cannot open a file type. I know it can't as it is a website so I would not expect WMP to open the file. How can I stop this happening?

Hi, how do I change the sound type being used to process any music I play on WMP9? eg if I wanted to process the music so it sounded like Jazz, HipHop, Theatre, etc?? I know this can be done with Musicmatch, so can it be done with WMP9??

I have Window Media 9 Series, and I noticed Monday that I cannot listen to radio stations as I could in the past. I get an error code COOD10B5. That's nice and all, but that tells me nothing as far a what the problem is or how to fix it.

I just downloaded Media Player 10 and I can not hear anything. I tried the various volume and mute buttons but I get nothing. It shows that it is playing the music but neither my headset or pc speakers produce sound. Sound works fine on other programs on my computer.

Can anyone suggest something else I could try in regard to this error message? It says I need to slow the speed or try a different brand of CD's. I've done both even though one of the brands that won't work is a type I have always used. I don't know what else to try.
