Purchased a new Dell desktop.  When you minimize WMP10 it does something
"different".  The minimized program is actually "running" has controls stop,
play start etc and shows a little "windows" of whats playing.
How was that done want this feature on another non dell computer?

I used to have Windows XP Home, and when I ripped, I got to use Windows
Lossless as the best quality to rip. Then when I upgraded to XP Pro, all I
