"Unlocked" WMA Files07 Sep 2005 21:14 GMT4
My online music service (Yahoo!) uses WMA files, which are protected (using
the DRM system) but which I can "unlock" if I pay for the track.
Once I have unlocked an audio file by buying it, I would assume that I
should be able to access the file from outside of Windows Media ...

I have found a way to restore my media player 10, by opening [ run ]  
typing-regsvr32 jscript.dll and after that-  regsvr32 vbscript.dll   But it
seems that when I restart or shut off, I have to re-type this over again. Any
solutions?

player. I have been able to listen using winamp, but would like to use media

I just installed WMP 10, hoping it would end this problem, but to no avail.  
The computer plays CDs, DVDs, and MP3s just fine... as long as I am content
to watch the player fulltime. (it automatically goes to full screen w/ no
minimize option)  The only way I have found to switch ...

recently I purchased a new track from Tiscali Music Italia (OD2 service).
When I try to play that track, WMP 10 ask me (twice) to download a secutity
patch. When I confirm to download it, a dialog box tell me that the required
security upgrade is

Sinde I upgraded from WMP9 to WMP10 the video playback of mpeg4 files (.avi)
is jerky, although the same codec is installed, I guess. Downgrading to WMP9
again solves the problem. Changing hardware accelleration has no effect on
this. Why does video playback get worse in WMP10??? ...

I can't burn cd's anymore. Everytime I try I get a message that says
"Interface not registered." than I go to web help and I get a message that
says error "80040155" has occured and info will be posted later. I will just
like to know if anyone knows what that message means so I ...
