Downloaded a .wma file from Best Buy.com, punched in code to save file to
hard drive. Tried playing file, yet pop-up states that I don't have the
aquired license to play this file. File will also not play through other
media players. Any suggestions on how to remedy this problem? ...

I am running Windows XP.  
When I try to play a MPEG-4 file on Windows Media Player, it only plays the
sound and no video.  I have trying to download the latest codec, but that has
not helped.

My Creative MP3 player wants me to format in FAT or FAT16.  My computer seems
to want to format in fat32 or NTFS.  How do I change the setting or can I
format another way?

I can no longer find "artist" as a choice for a selection under all music.  
Most of my music is tagged this way not album artist.  Any suggestions?

I burned mp3 music files to a CD-RW.  The CD plays fine on the computer
using either Mediaplayer or Real player.
But when I pop it into a CD player of my stereo, the player doesn't seem to
detect any tracks.

I have a bunch of video files that have started playing back in correct
color. It seems as if the "black" part of the movie is no longer displaying
correctly and tweaking the colors does not cut it. Anyone have a suggestion?

I am using WMP10 with about 8,000 MP3's.  I have updated all of the ID
tags to include accurate art, title, artist, etc.  Unfortunately, the
album art visualization that comes with WMP10 tends to show the art at
whatever size it natively is.  For smaller art, this is not a major

When I try to transfer music from WMP 10 to Sonic record now it gives a
message that says: The wma file is not a valid music file. Please check the
file and try again. Although this song plays in WMP 10 and I have imported
other wma files

The Intel I263 is installed on my system (XPSP2), but doesn't work correctly.
When I try to install new (codintl.exe from Intel) I get an error message
"error 105" ("A program which is necessary for the install can't be run.").  
What does the errror mesage 105 mean?

i dont understand why downloading the windows media 10 update caused this to
happen but i keep getting the this is not the correct version for my o.s. i
have xp i dont get it? can you help?
