Windows Media PLayer 10, running on Windows XP Home SP2.
HLDS 24 X CDRW/DVD Combo Drive, No hardware issues.
Exact error:
"Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error. This can occur when

media player, version 10 plays music files fine, then about 1-2 minutes in
the CPU usage goes from 3-4% to over 80-90%, then the file starts to
lag/skip.

My video on WMP 10 is always too dark, though my monitor is plenty bright.  Is there anything to be done to raise the brightness of video play on WMP?

I am using a fresh install of WMP 10 on Windows XP Pro SP 2, with a brand new
DMPJ-200 MP3 players. When I plug in the device to my USB port, it doesn't
show up in the sync list. Help?
Is there another, simpler program I can use for this?

I have asked this question as far back as October 22nd and never seen an
answer yet.  Does ANYONE know how to PRINT OUT a copy of the songs you have
just burned to a CD ???? So you can include it with the CD??
Does Windows Media Player have this feature???

I have some video clips that are very dark. Recorded in ASF. I cannot find a
program that will lighten them to a reasonable level. They just become
whitened but if I play them in windows media player, with slight tweeking of
brightness and contrast, they become viewable not great ...

I am using WMP 10 on Windows XP Pro. I want to rerip my CD collection at a
higher bit rate.
The problem I have is that the library information gets over written. Two
areas of specific concern are the track name and year of release. Quite often

of an artist name, for alphabetical organization?  for example, my library is
organized by artist, and i would like 'A Perfect Circle' to be the first

I'm running Win2K professional SP4, and Windows Media Player 9.0
When I playback any video clip on the player, the color is totally washed

Hi, from some day window media player do not work inside the browser.
It try to connect and after a while it stop, but if I copy the direct link
on the address bar, WM opens and the video is correctly played on WMP (not
in the browser).
