I have windows media player 10 installed on my computer, and it is
registered to play all file types on it's options menu, however it does
not play media files embedded in web pages.
If I visit a site with an embedded file, the very old windows media

I have tryed everything I know to solve this! If I click on the icons: My
Documents, My Computer and My Briefcase I get this error; Explorer has caused
an error in WMPDXM.DLL. It will now close.... I also cannot go to Start;
Search for Files and folders. I get the same error ...

My WMP10 does not shut down even after quitting the application.  The
"wmplayer.exe" process continues on and I have to go into Windows Task
Manager to kill it.  Anyone has a fix to this?

When I try to set up an auto playlist to play all thge songs from a certain
artist... some of the artists show up on a list but  but more then 75% of the
list does not show up.  Why?

Like many of you I'm getting the C00D1197 error when I try to look at
content through Windows Media Player 10. I've figured out in my case

I have just gotten a new computer and have been downloading my CDs fine all
day. Then suddenly the computer wont play them anymore...it is saying 'no
disc in drive' when there is! it is reading DVDs fine, it just hates CDs.

I ripped some audio disks to my media library as mp3s and tried to burn
them (using WMP10) as a data disk for replay. Before burning them to
disk, WMP converted them to WMAs and wrote them as such. Is there a way
around this in WMP10, or do I have to use another program to burn ...

I have a number of hours of music on WMP.  I want to print a list of the
contents of the WMP Library content to refer to from time to time.  How can I
do this?  I only want the title of the perfomance, the performer, the album,

bar in mini mode. I have rolled back I have uninstalled reinstalled to no end

How do I check my history on Windows Media Player?  I can only see the most
recent 6 or so under my file tab...how do I check more?

I am using the newest version of player and messenger. The what i am
listening to option is selected yet it does not seem to be working. It just
remains as my personal message. Is this a general error with the letest
messenger or is there a simple explanation that i am missing?
