I'm using version 10.00.00.3646 on a microsoft windows XP. How do I take
still screenshots of a movie im viewing on windows media player. Everytime I
try I press Prnt Screen, then copy and paste it onto the Paint program. It

I tried to download a newer version of windows media player and got half way
thru and it told me could not finsh download. Now i can't get the old version
of media player to work. It keeps telling me that an internal application
error has occurred. What do I do???

When I had WMP 9 it worked okay.  I downloaded WMP 10 and the dvd`s won`t
play.  Keep getting message that says  'Windows Media Player has developed a
problem and needs to close".  I went back to WMP 9 but still can`t play dvd`s

We have the WMP 9. When we try to listen to it. we get the error message:
file format is invalid. (error # 8004022F). Do we need to update to Media 10?

Wenever I try to access a live feed from a radio station, the player that
pops up just loads, but doesn't play. after it says "connecting" it is
followed by "ready" and if I try to push play, nothing happens. my version is
10.00.00.3802, on Windows XP.

that onto my MP3 player. However, I know have my own pc and I want to copy my
