I have logitech speakers and an Ectiva soundcard both supporting 5.1 channel
sound. However, when playing DVD's and mp3s using Windows Media i only
recieve sound from two the two front speakers, centre & sub. I have used Jet

I can not play any movies when I do try to play them it uses 99 percent of my
cpu speed also I cannot stream anything my internet browser will create an

I purchased music files from Walmart.com and I've spent hours with their
tech support to no avail.  I downloaded the music, and when I attempt to play
it through Media Player 10 so it can retrieve the license, I receive error

I installed WMP 10 and it worked with no problems. Recently it only plays two
short media files with no sound. If I select another file to play it shuts
down. If I double click on a media file it opens and shuts down with no error
message after about 2 seconds.

I am using windows media server and windows media player.
All the video clips are open to all. Some users are able to see the video,
but for some it's asking for userid and password to enter. I didn't setup
any security. I am not sure why it's asking for that.
