I am using windows media player 10. When I pop in a store bought CD media player will not display the CD info. The screen reads "accessing online music store." Then nothing appears to happen for several minutes. Is there something wrong

This is on my work computer and it actually worked friday afternoon and stopped working right before I left for the day. The last thing I played on it was some trans siberian orchestra from the official site. I am running windows 2000 professional.

I have WMP 10 running under XP MCE on an Athlon 3000+ with 1GB memory. In the last few weeks I've noticed that when Media player is ripping CD's The CPU usage goes through the roof. IT starts around 65% then drops at the end of the song and goes up to 70%

Previoulsy i could click on video from website and automatically it would download and media player screen would come up and video could be played. recently when i click on video, it shows to download to a temporary folder. I cant seem to find the folder to view the video?????

MP 10 on my XP SP2 Pro PC has stopped playing RIFF .WAV files. WinAmp and Audacity plays them ok. God, even 'Media Player classic' plays it! When I try to get MP10 to play them I get a 'error downloading codec'
