I've been wracking my brains for two days now and coming up with nothing. I
can play CDs and CD-ROMs but can't burn a CD. I have a DVD-R and a DVD-RW. I
also have SonicStage (by Sony) on my comp but it's doing the same thing. I
have tried every suggestion I can find so far. ...

My media player has suddenly stopped working maximised. It will run minimised
on the taskbar but I cannot get the screen to maximise. I have tried
re-installing it but to no avail. Anybody any ideas

I play a dvd but dont get any sound....when i play the dvd using intervideo
player...i get sound...and when i use windows media center 10.0 to play a cd

Hi ,all.
I'm designing a program that embeds three WMP controls to read video files
from an ftp (LINUX) server (local network). All the three video files should
be running at the same time for comparison.

On a daily basis, I am getting an install reminder to update for script
commands (KB828026).  I install the update and it installs correctly, but
still I am getting install reminders to install the same update.  Help, it's
getting annoying!!!

I have windows media player 10 installed on XP. This has been the case fora
while now. however, when i try and open streaming content in a website, it
loads media player 6.4  in the internet explorer box.  I have tried to delete
6.4 but it won't delete. Can any one help me?

I've been haivng a look around the web and there appears to be 2
methods for capturing stills from a DVD:
- turn off the overlay in the adavanced performance options
- View>DVD features>capture in WMP

I need help. When I go to make an image by pressing CTRL+I, it won't make an

Hi everyone,  Yesterday I sent a message asking how to change the height and
width of the viewing area and I have since found out it is the Aspect Ratio.  
I am now using WMP10 and I'm trying to find a way to change the Aspect Ratio.
Anyone got any ideas?
