I have a .wav file I would like to burn to CD.
It plays the file fine.
From the Windows Media Player Help File F1 under the section "Burning your
own CDs", it says:

But for some reason, window media player plays this file in distored 16:9
ratio(i,.e I can see black bar, top and bottom and left and right).
