Hello, when I want to listen to a song, the song starts playing by pressing
the start button, the song starts playing but though I don't hear a thing!
I only can hear my song after rewinding the song and then I have to go back

I am referring to the small box that shows visualizations when the mouse goes
over the media player or when a new song starts. It blocks my screen, usually
in the place where I am working.

All my files plays at 2xspeed, when I burn the files/songs plays at normal
speed on my DVD/CD but not in my PC. Yes, I have tried to change speed at the
speed button.

I downloaded new visualizations from microsoft.com., one of them was
pictureviz_II. Everytime I go to use it a error message stating that Windows

lines whenever I play video files through Win Media Player.  I always assumed

I am running WinXP 5.1 Build 2600 w/SP2!
When I click Close in WMP, whether its a video or audio file the sound/audio
continues. This only began after I did a 'clean' reinstall of the OS.
