just recently my wmp does not play mpeg videos off the internet, no problems
with wmv files, it loads the mpeg but freezes on the opening frame, however
dialogue/sounds run fine picture is alays frozen can anyone help??

is there anyways to stop the media player toolbar (when its minimized in the
taskbar) to stop from displaying the music shown when i hover over it or when
it comes to the next song? I have been trying to find out how but no clue yet.

When closing the wmp10 whilst playing a sound file, the player closes but the
soundfile continues playing...

I am making the switch from iTunes to WMP10. I put all my CDs on my computer
using iTunes. When I try to import my music from my hard drive to the WMP10
Library, the songs that I have downloaded will transfer, but not the songs

My sound, no matter what program i use or when it is played is plaing
exteamly fast. So fast in fact that a 3 min song is playing in under 30sec. I
have tryed looking in the control pannel and using windows media player as
well at iTunes5 to slow it down but nothing works

My Windows Media Player 10 worked fine before installing Norton 2006. Now
when I try to burn a cd the start burn icon is greyed out or unavailable.
What can I do short of recover to make this work again? Thanks!

Reading the docs, I saw that the settings.Rate option should allow playback

WMP seems lame at being smart with edits to .wma metadata.  Here's my

when i try to copy adio file from a cd an uknown error(C00D11CD)  comes up
and it doesn't copy the files, why? Can it be fixed?

It will not play short videos that have been emailed to me.  I have checked
all the protocol settings, but, it still won't play the videos.  However, it

I can't get this to work at all.I've installed it 3 times with no joy.It

I never got this message until a week ago.  It only happens when the computer
starts up.  now wmp doesn't play certain video and recieves errors in
downloading codecs on its own.
 I tried gspot and it had found the codec but it wasn't registered.

The advanced tag editor in WMP 10 allows information to be added for Lyricist
and Comments, but when I go to the library screen and the choose column
options, those 2 are not listed as possibilities.
