I have aol and when i click on the find album info under the rip menu it

I've tried to contact Roxio for help.  No luck.
I recently purchased Easy Media Creator 8.  After installing it, I can no
longer view streaming video using WMP (regardless of the website).  The audio

I cannot synch music to my MP3 player from the Windows Media Player as

on EVERY song i have in my media player 10, but not in the same place each
time  it skips back a second and carrys on, i dont think it would be the
download quality or simular because this keeps happening, is there any idea's
as to why this may happen????
