I'm trying to use WMP's CD ripping capability with some
lectures-on-CD and I'm having a fit trying to get my
"album" and tracks labeled.
After inserting the disk and going to the Rip tab, it shows

MediaPlayer creates a local CDDB
CDex creates a local CDDB
Nero creates a local CDDB
Plextools creates a local CDDB

I used to be able to get a College radio site with WM9 but get an error
message now and unable to hear it. I still get the visual but no audio. I

Windows Media Player 10  (10.00.00.3646) stops playing from play list after
one or two songs.  No error message and no reponse.
It just locks up and bogs down the rest of my windows XP SP2 system.
Online help has not been helpful.

WMP V10 XP-pro 2ed, etc. It seems when I try to run a mpg/mpeg type file

Have XP Pro SP2 running WMP 10.00.00.3802. When pulling video from websites
more often than not the player says "connecting" then "playing" but there is
no audio or video or anything execpt the eventual "encountered problem must
shut down, do you want to send a report?" Sometimes ...
