Can't get Gateway DMP-X20 MP3 device to be detected by Media Player.  I've
loaded DMP-X20 software & plug-ins from Gateway website.  I am using Windows
Media Player v.9 on XP Home edition.  I get error code  C00D0807.

Have tried everything from this forum and microsoft help -  no change. DLL
files are there, all registers contain correct info, mplayer2.exe will play

I cannont find the Deleted Items file. I understand it works like the Recycle
Bin. You have to empty the Deleted Items file in order for a song to be
perminently deleted. I delete a song and log out but when I log back in, the
deleted song is still there.
