When I try to sync a song that I just bought it gives this error message saying the windows media cannot create the playlist because the name already exists. Type a different playlist name. Error C00D119B. Has anyone figured this out? I would really appriciate the help.

I am trying to watch a video, but it only shows black screen; however, the sound is there. I have all the default settings on my computer. The video plays normal on different computers. Please, help.
