I can not stream video from the internet. This applies to every site that
uses WMP.
When I try to stream it says (translated from norwegian) "Connecting....."
and then "Try to reconnect".

Will WMP play w4a file types, or do I have to convert the file to mp3?

i am able to use the ff or tool bar to advance a video with Windows media
player on my hard drive  but when i uploaded a video to my website  using
html  and windows movie maker the player appears on my website but the
advance bar doesnt function to fast fwd rewind or advance the ...

k so i burned cds on WMP 9 perfectley fine, but with WMP 10, whenever I go to
burn CDS I get a message saying it cannot synchronize it...im not trying to
synchronize..i want to burn!  I have no clue how to do this...can someone

    I have gone to the Download "Windows Media Player 9 for Mac OS X" and
clicked download. It brings up my downloads window and then says "Windows
Media.sitx" may contain an application----Cancel or Download.
After I click download it brings up an icon on my desktop that says ...

it was working 1 day then the next day it wont work
i highlight a cd from the folder and add to burn list, but it wont add it
there.
so i click on library and it wont go anywhere. its a black blank screen.

Perhaps someone can help me with this.

I am running XP SP2 connected to a Novell network.  If I try to open an MP3
file in windows explorer from a network drive, I get error C00D11BB.  If I
copy the file to a local drive, it plays fine.  I had to disable windows
firewall to even connect to my Novell network.  Any help ...

I have a problem with WMP 10. Whenever I try to play a DVD I can't hear its
sound. The DVD plays beautifullly but with no sound. I checked everything
(Speakers, other softwares etc.) but nothing seems to help.
I'm using Win XP Prof. SP2

I selected to auto synch when I installed the program, and now I want to
change to manual synch.  How do i do this? Thanks

my windows media player is not in english.  In fact I don't know what
language its in. i was wondering if anyone could guide me on how to change it
back to english.  I've tried to download all over again but it just goes back
