Windows Media Player not playing audio in a Microsoft Webcast08 Jan 2006 23:24 GMT2
I am as I write this trying to view a Live Microsoft WebCast with Live
Meeting.  I have Windows XP Pro and WMP 10.  I have tried disabling my
firewall but that did not fix my problem.  I try clicking Listen to
Internet Audio button but that gives me this message: Windows Media
WPM 10 Does not play any files of any type.08 Jan 2006 20:24 GMT8

1. mmswitch.ax does not exist on my system.

If I click on some .mp3 files directly, the file will not open (Media
Player 10) telling me codec(s) are missing.
I open the file using GSpot v2.21 and Play (using associated player).
The file plays in Media Player 10.

WMP 10.00.00.3802, MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP PRO VERSION 2002 SP2, downloaded
Windows Media Audio/Video file of 1.08mb ,saved it on my desktop and went
trying to play it (WHILE ONLINE) i get error COOD10D1, on the bottom of wmp i
see "openin media" then "sendin request for codec" ...

I went to Windows Media Player on my computer, but there is no folder for the
music I have in my wmp. Where can I go to find where my music is being stored

My media player is only playing MP3 tracks and does not want to play any of
my ripped wma tracks. In tools>file types all of the options are selected.
When I try to play .wma, I get the following message:
Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error. This can occur when

I have recorded some vocabulary words onto a cd and saved them in my
computer.  I need to put them into an online course that I am teaching.  Is
there a way that each track can have a URL assigned to it with the .wma
extension so that I can link each vocab list?

I want to learn how to make my music cds without the pause or break in
between the songs. I want each song to basically run into each other. How do

In v9 you could create a custom playlist by Artist.  In v10 it seems that the
only available option is Album Artist, which is not the same thing.  If you
have a CD with may different Artist the Album Artist is set to Various Artist.

I am getting an error message when syncing WMP10 with my Creative Zen Media
Centre. The error # is C00D10BC (Windows Media Player cannot synchronize the
