Everytime I try viewing a video that I have downloaded from the internet, the
following message pops up:
C00D11CD: Unknown error
Whenever I try finding the solution for this error, it says the error is a

When i try to play videos with Windows Media Player, when I open the file at
the bottom it says "Error in downloading codec" and all i see is the name of
the file, under that Artist:Unknown, Album:Unknown where the video should be.

I've had an ongoing issue with Windows Media Player, REAL player and other
players, that often I open a video clip either downloaded or direct from a
website (ie a Movie Trailer preview) or an email attatchment  I will hit
play, and will hear the audio, may or may not see 1-2 ...
