I am hosting a lot of content on a Windows 2003 media server for a swedish
university. Latley i have heard of students trying to access streams like
this (mms://willie.du.se/info) and get the message: C00D1198. For every 100
sudents there are about 2 that get this problem.

When I insert a DVD in my DVD writer, windows media player opens, says that
it plays, but the screen stays black. I tried another DVD player software

Codecs for ATI Media Player as well as InterVideo - both exibit same behavior.
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Processor with 512MB Memory.
Video is ATI All-In-Wonder 9800 with TV Tuner, driver is dated Jan 2006 V8.205
