Not sure what has happened here, but one of our XP Pro boxes with Windows
Media Player 10 is playing .ram and .rm Real Player files
Anyone know how this is possible.  I thought media player could not play
real player content.

I looked on ms error list and its not even listed.Every time I try and play
or do anything with wmp 10,I get that damn error.Its really begaining to tick
me off .I uninstalled the player and reinstalled it but i still getting that

WMP newbie here-This morning I was able to preview songs in the online
stores fine, now I get an Error message that "Windows Media Player has
encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the

different order from what is in the burn list.  Can I record and play data

I moved my music from the desktop to my external hard drive (WP9),  I
carried my external HD to my office so that I could play the HD music
using my laptop XP (WIN 10). When I pointed my laptop WP10 to the
external HD (F: drive) I was advised I had to go on-line for another
