Some time ago, when I minimized Windows Media Player (v 10), I would get
taskbar controls and a mini video screen on the bottom right corner of my
desktop.  I don't get it anymore.  Does anybody know how to turn this on?
I'm running XP home.

I upgraded the image file with WMP10,  a non-admin user gets a brief
hourglass and nothing else.

WMP 10 Not correctly updating album info, always same album.08 Feb 2006 17:18 GMT2
WMP10 on WinXP Pro.
It works for a while, then when I edit album info on one it will constantly
report that information for any CD I try to rip.  If I search for the albums
manually it will find the information and apply it with no problem.

Operating Windows XP Professional.
Having problem with audio quality.  Sounds like it’s in a tunnel and high
pitch, like on helium.  It’s like this when playing a CD directly or burn to
media player.  No error message.

For some reason my windows media player refuses to read .wav or .wmv files.
Every time I double-click on such a file the WMP window opens briefly and
closes without sending an error message.
I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall WMP 10, but it doesn’t help.
