Struggling, PC went down a few weeks ago and I lost media player 9 tried to update with 10 but will not fully load says missing registry keys. Cannot go back to WMP9 as detects newer versionn WMP10. Can anyone help

I have some (MP3) tracks that were ripped from a CD by someone else. Unfortunately and inconveniently (for me) all the "Title" etc information is in Dutch. Is there a way to change this information? There's no obvious way to do it with WMP.
