Can anyone explain why I get jerky picture display on DVDs both prerecorded and home recorded. Both work OK on Intervideo DVD Recorder. I have 2 DVD drives, 1 play only, 1 record. Both have same effect.

WMP will open, play 1 mp3, then freeze & all I can do is X it out several times. The error msg I get is not listed on any of the pages I've looked over. The error signature is szAppVer 10.0.0.3802 szAModName hungapp szModVer 0.0.0.0

When I try to import certain files/folders into my library, WMP says it did, but they are not listed. they can be played straight from the hard drive using WMP. They are in mp3 format. they also will not add to my itunes library. HELP!

This is one I haven't encountered before – I recently rebuilt someone’s PC with W2000 – all standard stuff – and everything is exactly as expected, except that some AVI videos play too fast (like somebody had pressed fast forward!) in Media Player.

When playing *.avi, *mpg or other movie files (sound with sound and others with no sound) NO VIDEO image shows in Mediaplayer although the movie clip is playing (and sound is heard if sound is part of the clip). How do I fix this?
