media player 10 does not recognize audio cd's but will play dvd's and video cdr's. when I put in a audio cd an error message reads "the enumerator is invalid", My dvdrw cdrw drive works fine on other programs like nero media player

Ineternet explorer always used Windows Media Player to play steaming video from website links, but now an apple quicktime player plays it instead. The quicktime player must have changed the settings when I loaded it on to play a cd video.

How do I convert a WMP9 database file for use by WMP10? I do not want WMP10 to recreate the database file from the media meta-data as it always screws it up. The database file is 70+ MB's so I don't want to rebuild it manually.

I'm having troubles playing any .avi file with my Media Player. I believe that I've got all codecs I need because these avi files works fine with Winamp. I guess I've erased a dll by error or something like that.

When I try to run an MPG video on MP10, I get the message that it is trying to download the codecs but then says there is an error downloading the codecs... Any help appreciated

Went through all the troubleshooting crap but couldnt fix it. I've got a burnt DVD that plays the video fine, but has no sound. I'm pretty sure ive got all codec necessary. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
