when i try to open files from my emails, it is opening in dvd decripter and
not opening. how do i set this to open in windows media player?

I use Microsoft ActiveSync and Windows Media Player to move tracks onto my
mini SD card. However, it freezes VERY frequently while loading these MP3s. I
then must pull the battery out of my phone to get it to work properly.
Anyone else have this problem? Any idea how to solve it?

Ever since I updated to WMplayer 10 - I cant burn an audio cd with media
player or nero which is installed on my laptop or itunes for that matter!
I have xp home and nero 6 which i have downloaded updates but no joy on

When I close WMP (version 10.00.003646), many times it seems to still be
running in the background and I can only stp it by using the task manager.  
There is no sound or video though.  I'll try to open another video file even

When I want to watch a news video..it starts and then goes instantly away.  I
have turned off the popup blocker, reduced the security on the site (cnn) and

Two issues.
1) Finds Disc 1 info but won't refresh for Disc 2
2) Incorrectly ID's Disc 1 info (totally different album) but finds Disc 2

i have media player 10 installed on windows xp-pro (SP2). I cant check for
updates in media player because the "check for player updates.." on the media
player menu is greyed out. any ideas on why this is the case and how to
overcome the problem?

OK I don't know if this is wrong or what, they did not say. But I wanna take

I am trying to sync a playlist to my Rio Forge player and it seems to only
want to sync songs that I have downloaded and that are protected, but it
gives an error for any of the songs that I have copied from CD to my computer
and are showing as unprotected.  

I am using WMP 10 on XP Home SP2 with the media info exporter plug-in from the bonus pack.
I am wanting to use this exporter to export a playlist and then print it.  However, it exports the length of the songs in seconds rather than minutes and seconds.  How can one fix this so ...

When I downbload a video or clip from the internet it plays in Windows Media
Player but although the sound is perfect the picture is green, red and pink
