Total Time Missing20 May 2006 00:33 GMT3
I've noticed the total play time in the playlist is missing.  Is it still
there somewhere or is it gone.  I'd like it back.  Thanks.
WMP 11 crashes20 May 2006 00:17 GMT5
Anyone else having a problem where the player crashes without warning? It
runs for about a minute and it's gone. I have the yahoo music engine with the
unlimited subscription so i'm not sure if there is a conflict there. When I
originally installed WMP 11, there was a message ...

After about 2 to 3 minutes of playing any audio file, WMP11 closes without
warning and with no error message.  It’s now started to close when I haven’t
even done anything yet.  I checked on the wmsetup.log and found the following
errors.

Annoying blank Playlists19 May 2006 22:49 GMT1
Can MS set up WMP11 to default to a playlist when  you open Now Playing? At
least in WMP10 it would. Having to open the library;pick a playlist;then
back to Now Playing;very annoying. In WMP10 you could click on the down
arrow in Now Playing and select it. Bad design move for ...

I went to URGE.com and downloaded the software to use in WMP11. I access URGE
through the media library in the media player. When I first used the service,
the "configuring Windows" or whatever thing came up. Then it installed a
shortcut on my desktop. I deleted the shortcut, but ...

I'm unable to play files (music or vids) from my external HD (attached by
firewire). WMP11 gives me the following error:
"Windows Media Player cannot find the file. If you are trying to play, burn,
or sync an item that is in your library, the item might point to a file that
WMP11 Comments/Suggestions19 May 2006 19:37 GMT1
I've been floored by the outstanding WMP11, but there are a few things I'd
like to see:
1: A way to choose playlists from the Now Playing tab (such as how WMP10 had
the "Quick Access Panel." Needing to switch back and forth between the

WMP 11 beta problems (album artwork related)19 May 2006 17:07 GMT7
Why does it keep splitting up my albums?
Why isn't it showing artwork for a lot of my albums when I know it's
there.
Are there fixes for these problems or is it just a beta thing I'll have
WMP 10 slow19 May 2006 15:17 GMT2
All of a sudden my WNP 10 is working very very slowly, and it also slows down
the other programs. I have a relatively new computer (one month old), a
Toshiba L20 Satellite, so I don't think that's the problem.
Could someone give me some advice?

Is it possible to do that? I do not want to roll my system all the way back
to the Restore Point it created, I have updated quite a few things since
then, upgraded my video drivers, installed security updates, things like
that.
