When I try playing a video, which should be in ratio of 16:9, it converts it

When playing back avi video files i have downloaded, everything starts ok but
after 5 to 10 mins, the sound goes out of sync, the sound is delayed by 1 to
2 seconds

Whenever I try to play my CD, error prompts:
Error message: "You've encountered error message C00D11CD while using
Windows Media Player"
Error message text: Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error.

I can copy from CD's onto my pc but then can't transfer them to portable
device MP3 player. (usign WMP version 9/windows XP) I am sure I could do this
before on my old version of WMP so what has changed?  error response is
80070013 but there is no solution to that on the ...

I am a Windows Media Player user however I'm very involved in the
Vlogging/Video blogging/Video Podcasting/Podcasting/Internet Video community.
I'm surprised that Windows Media Player doesn't have the ability to
aggregate multimedia RSS content for syncing to a device.

my windows media player wont play anything that ISNT  a burnt cd... i have no
idea whats going on ive tried evrey trouble shooting possible...and when i
burn cds it burns them choppy and puts part of one song into the middle of

the library view of WMP 11.  Im just used to the old version and how it was

Anyone have any ideas why I'm not getting audio when playing DVDs using
windows media player?  Checked the typical mute button, etc...  Nothing out
of the ordinary.  All other media formats play audio like normal.
