Having downloaded the great looking windows media player 11 beta, I find I am
unable to get any online stores as was possible with wmp10. Can anyone help
me with information to resolve this issue I am in the UK.

Is mp3 the same as mpeg3
...That is, for videos/movies, I've read about various standards and file
formats, like mpeg1, mpeg2, mpeg3, mpeg4, etc.

menu - 'online stores' isn't available outside the US).

1. Search only handles accented characters literally. I would expect
that search would "flatten out" accented characters as other search

I can't figure out if there is a method to bulk upload metadata for
CDs.  I've got a Bach Complete Edition and the available metadata is
patchy at best, and sometimes returns entirely the wrong edition
(possibly because it's the same music which has been rebranded).  I

I have a HOST of Grateful Dead CDs, which I have added to my media library,
but have no sub-categorised (using Tag&Rename), so that the artist is
qualified by the particular set of recordings, e.g.

The URGE service that's in WMP 11 Beta doesn't work in my Standard User
account. Whenever I click the URGE button, it tries to reinstall the service,
and looks like it succeeds, but doesn't.
It works fine in my Administrator account.

According to my Windows Media Player, I have roughly 30 GB of music, and all
the files are located in this one folder. The problem is that windows media
player is the only thing that recognizes there is any music in the folder.

Despite hating WMP 11 for the first few minutes, I now love the new
look and think its a definate improvement on WMP 10. However I have
found the following features/bugs a problem.
1. The year dropping down by one. Not sure how this bug could occur

When adding mp3s to media library mp3 files with mp3 tags in Unicode
(for example Artist name is Beyoncé) WMP11 deletes that tag from mp3 file.

hmm... how shall i describe this... well the video plays, but it plays slow
(for use of a better word).  It constantly skips, or stops for moments at a
time, then picks up, then stops. Keep in mind this happens for pretty much
all videos i play on it.
