I purchased a few song from Walmart.com and it saved them on my PC in wma
protected format and I can't find a way short of burning them to a CD and
then having iTunes rip it to get it to my daughter's IP.
I purchased the song... I'm not trying to steal it. Is there a converter

The only way to edit the YEAR tag in a mp3 file is in the "detail" view of
the library?
Because in the Advanced Tag Editor, there is no textbox to edit this tag.

i've been testing WMP11 for a few weeks now and one major drawback compared
to WMP10 is that it is very slow : when listening a song and double-clicking
on another, it takes about 10 seconds for the latter to begin.
I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2. Songs are on another computer ...

   How do I get WMP11 to upgrade DRM?  Whenever I try to play a song that I

Here is the issues i have depending on the player
Windows Media Player 11
No hardware Accellation, Playback has no issues and plays fine, CPU usage is
high but better then others, Dolby Digital fine, No DTS playback and lags

I can't because they are protected files. Now I know why they are protected
and how that stuff works, but isn't their some way to turn the protection off

When playing video on WMP I can change brightness, contrast, hue with no
problem.
But, when playing DVD I'm unable to change the Video settings for
brightness, contrast, hue etc -- the sliders snap back to their default

think is because on the privacy tab of Options. the 1st two settings of
'Enhanced Playback and Device Experience' are greyed out & not checked. I
