Windows Media Player 10 is not playing Videos anymore13 Jul 2006 02:39 GMT2
if had windows media player for a long time but ercently when i try to play
vidoes it crashes, iveplayed these vidoes b4 w/o any problems, i have all the
right codecs, but they jsut make WMP10 crash as well as winamp and power dvd.
any ideas?

can i completly uninstall wmp10 and try again. also I have noticed in wmp10

Hello. I can't get my Windows Media Player version 6 to upgrade to version 9.
Everytime I download WMP 9 and install it, I get "Windows Media player
cannot find any updates. Please try again later."

Whenever I try to stream anything that uses WMP to stream, nothing happens
at all.  WMP doesn't even buffer or anything and it just stops there...I
press the play button and it just stops and does nothing at all, no buffering
whatsoever.  This happens on every site that uses WMP ...

When Microsoft is introducing so many enhancements in the new versions of

I have a couple of albums that have the wrong year set in the library. When I
right click then select edit and type in a new year, it then saves the value
with year minus 1.
E.g. - right click enter 1970 into field and hit enter, field now shows 1969.
