I just recently put a new computer together.  Installed XP...everything
is fine.  But one thing that surprises me is that all videos I play
with Windows Media Player are dark.  Very dark.  Like brightness is
turned way down.  I cannot for the life of me figure out how to

burners.  The media player recognizes the burners as CD roms, but not as

I am using WMP11, and just added an album that I ripped from vinyl to
MP3.  In the library, it lists all 9 tracks under the correct album
title, but it lists them in four "chunks", each showing a copy of the
identical album art to the left, instead of listing all 9 tracks

Is there any way to hide the control bar from WMP when you play full screen?
Cause I want to watch DVDs and the bar with playback, volume, etc, is stucke

Particularily when using wmp 11 as a background app with DRM files the
keyboard will delay or appear to lock up for several seconds and then attempt
to catch up with itself .

I downloaded WMP 10.  After the download, I tried to open a live stream from
a radio station that I frequent via its icon.   To my surprise, I am getting
