The question ias as per title :  Whenever I insert a music disk into my
DVD player Windows Media Player 9.00.00.3349 automatically starts up
and plays it.  I have tried to avoid this by setting the Autoplay

We have all of our Windows Media files encoded with SMPTE timecode
(industry standard). From a streamed file, we are able to read the

Thanks for your response but the problem is not that i cannot make file .wmv
over 499 kbits but the problem is that when i read the file it is jerked over
that 499 bitrates.
Maybe is due to the hardware micoprecessing, (not enough speedy maybe)

I am using wmp10 and for me it is fine.  Is wmp11 ready to use?  Since it is
still beta s/w, should I wait or is it OK?  I just got an iRiver clix and it
works fine with wmp10.  However it came with a wmp11 disk and the manual
recommends using wmp11.
