Myself and many others have reported problems to do with streaming and WMP.
I have tried all of the suggestions mentioned by RE Fernandez to do with
emptying the temp. folders, changing network settings etc. I have tried wmp
10 and wmp 11. Same problems.
WMP11: keyboard shortcuts11 Aug 2006 08:28 GMT2
#1. How do I change between Icon and Details views in the Rip or library
pane using the keyboard?
#2. If I'm in the default Icon view in the Rip pane, then I don't seem
to have keyboard access to editing the Album Artist/Title/Genre/Year
WMP 10 reorganises?11 Aug 2006 06:17 GMT2
Does WMP reorganise files if it finds there are no longer where they
were put when they were ripped?
I am slowly ripping my Complete Bach Edition of 160 CDs.  They all
seem to have been entered to the online database but the naming is
Strange Context Menu Entry11 Aug 2006 06:16 GMT2
I'm using WMP 9.  I recently got a Dell 1907FP monitor.  Whenever I
right click a multimedia file (AVI,MPG,MPEG) the last entry on the
context menu says "Play On My > Dell 1907FP"
I would like to get rid of this entry, but I can't find it.  The closest
Which is it?11 Aug 2006 06:15 GMT5
I don't know which program it is that's driving me nuts.  A movie saved this
evening as a .wmv (high quality) won't play in WMP, says it's not a recognized
format.  Essentially the same movie made two weeks ago and also saved as a .wmv
(high quality) plays just fine.  Realplayer ...

DivX installation issue with WMP1111 Aug 2006 06:13 GMT8
Not sure if this one is DivX specific, or all codec's in general.
But I have noticed, if I uninstall DivX (official 6.2.x) and reinstall it,
WMP 11 will not play DivX movies (or will play, but audio only, basically as
if it weren't installed)

MSN Video causes PC to restart11 Aug 2006 06:05 GMT1
I have WMP V10.00.00.4036.  When using MSN Video to view streaming media on
IE 6, my computer restarts once the video is done playing.  But if you end
the video before it actually does, nothing will happen (for once, I would
like to be viewing the entire clip, rather than up to ...
WMP10/11 Doesnt play internet files11 Aug 2006 06:00 GMT1

CD drive not responsive11 Aug 2006 06:00 GMT1
I've burned several files to my computer using WMP version 10.00.00.4036.
However, when I go to play CDs now, the green light on the drive flickers and
there is no response from WMP.  What do you think is going on?
C00D0FD6: Damaged or incompatible plug in11 Aug 2006 05:58 GMT5
Recently my media player opens, but does not respond. If I double click on a
media file through my computer it will play it but not respond to commands. I
have been using a Dell DJ and when I removed the dell dj from the computer it
worked for a seocond then stopped responding. ...
WMP 11 - High Virtual Memory use when migrating MP Library11 Aug 2006 05:53 GMT1
Currently in the process of installing the WMP 11 Beta. Noticed that when it
gets to the part where it is importing the media library from WMP 10 that it
takes a lot of virtual memory.
On my machine, this process is using 1631320 KB, i.e. 1.6 GB! This amount

I am trying to transfer some mp3 files to my phone through Windows Media
