When ripping music from CD to Media Player, how do I split a continuous 60
minute 'mix' track into individual tracks ..... OR is there a way of doing
this AFTER I have ripped the CD to my Library. All advice would be greatly
appreciated.

Dear Colleagues,
I have two archives, one of video (avi) and another one as srt (subtitle).
However, on my Media Player I can't see the video with the subtitle.
My Windows is XP and some friends do not have problem with it !

If I manually enter a year for an album that has no online info, so comes up
with "Unknown".  WMP changes it to the year before. i.e  2005 entered becomes
2004.  Any ideas why?

I have Windows MediaPlayer 10 on Windows XP.  I am playing a CD with 8
tracks.  How can I tell on which track I am?  The tracks vary in length
from 7 to 16 minutes.  How can I tell how much time remains on the
current track?

Media player 10 was working just fine and then suddenly, I get no video, just
a black area where the video should be.  This happens with all MPEG files and
AVI files too.  I downloaded all the Microsoft CODECS, but that didn't help.

I can not open a mpg file in windows media player.  It give me the COOD11CD
code everytime I try to open a mpg file.  I have wen to tools and selected
mpeg as a file type and I still can not open the file.  Can anyone help?

I receive an error message when attempting to play any song.
The error code changes each time.  Media Player has "disabled" any plugins
that might create a conflict.  Yet, the problem persists.
Should I just de-install & reinstall the program?
