I have windows XP. Everytime I open WMPlayer 10 a pop up shows up and says, "AN INTERNAL APPLICATION ERROR HAS OCCURRED" What am I supposed to do so I can use Windows Media Player?

I had installed v.11 a while ago and loved it...then I went on holidays and while I was away my mum crashed my computer somehow and all the music in WMP vanished. I then tried to add everything back to the libariy but I couldn't add anything.

Whenever I try to burn a cd, I get the above message, even though Media Player recognises mt DVD/CD RW drive and the disc in it and all drivers are loaded. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm using a Compaq Presario M2000 with an HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC 4244N burner

after downloading media player 11, my music library disappeared. It's still in the music match library but media player 11 shuts down while trying to export. it has only allowed a small portion of my library in. Anybody else run into this ?
