I have been trying to sync a list of files to my Philips mp3 player, however after only 10 - 11 files, each time, it stops syncing and shows a list of aborted files. No reason given. It's not a matter of space on the device, but I can't understand why it wont sync the files. ...

Yes, this is a gripe, but it's a constructive gripe and a lot of it falls into the "whyizzit" category. Whyizzit that the media search feature can't manage to update all of the track info in an album at one time? I have to go track-by-track and update

I have Windows XP and I just bought a Verizon phone. I got the music essentials package and it had Windows Media Player 10 and I installed it. Now I can't burn anything because they are all "not licensed" when 95% came from my own cd's. What do I do. It's pissing me off

Whenever I open Windows Media Player 11, it works fine. But when I try to close it, it dosen't work. So I try CTRL+ALT+DEL to end the program in the processes list but that dosen't work either. I also tried to end the the processor tree, but that doesen't work. Since it is still ...

I read all threats concerning no audio, etc. but it still doen't work. when i play a special .avi file the sound is not working (windows media player 10). other files are playing nicely. what can i do? is there a special codec to fix this problem?

Not all CD covers are perfectly square. WMP11 seems to be inconsistently handling album art images whose height and width are not equal. For example, some CD-single album art is wider than normal. I have noticed that if WMP11 downloads the album art with the correct ratio
