I have tried several different aproaches to installing the Windows media
Player 11 Beta 2. I can download it from the website. When I try to install
it goes through the processes, validation: passes, end user agreement: click
yes and next, then the following error message is ...

How do I make Windows Media Player 10.00.00 remember the columns I have
selected to display in library view.
At present I in library I select View:Choose Columns and make the
alterations I want, this works fine.

Since installing WMP 11 Beta 2, I have been unable to play certain .wav
files using WMP.
I was able to play them in the past, but at this point am not sure quite

Player resized itself to a small bar, and it won't drag back out.

I have a DVD/CD writer which normally works perfectly well.  I can for
example use NERO to make DVD's and CD's.  I can also easily copy normal files
onto a CD or DVD.

I burn movies off the digital box using a dvd recorder on dvd- discs.  After
about 2 minutes the video freezes.
Store bought dvds work fine.
