I'm confident that I'm not the only one who's experienced this recently.  
Distortion on the playback of MP3's in my music library using WMP 11 build
5705.5043.  Almost as if the bass has been kicked into overdrive.
I haven't installed or added any new MP3 codecs, MP3 filters, or ...

I experienced the problem originally with MP11-beta.  I rolled back to 10.  I
am downloading an album from MSN music - first song downloaded fine, now 2
second song continues to download (over 100 times so far and still counting)  
Cannot stop the download.

Is its possible to number your CDs in the media library, so if i was to have
a 2 CD album in media library i can give the first CD the tag CD1 and the
second CD tag CD2. I used to do this on itunes and found it quite usefull

I have downloaded WMP11 Beta 2 several times and tried to install it. I keep

Well im not having this problem personally, but a number of my less computer
literate friends have been noting that it was quite confusing in the left
pane how it lists 'albums' 'artist' and 'songs'.

Each time I try to read a media file with DRM (Digital Rights Management),
Windows Media Player 9 (Windows 2000) tells it has to upgrade DRM
components.

Does MP11 have the ability to view devices (PDA or Mobile Phone).  I can see
the devices in XP and other programmes.  I can tell MP11 to convert to MP3
prior to sync.  But for love or Bill Gates money I cannot find the device.

I can no longer get WMP 10 to recognise my Iriver H10 20Gb media player. It
used to until I stuffed the sync. relationship a few weeks ago . Now I can
only sync music when the device is in Mass Storage Mode . What do I do to

All my media file icons on my desktop are showing up in with the apple
quicktime white box. When I click on any of them they open up MP11 and play
just fine. I even went into options and made sure all the files associations
where checked. What could be causiing this?

I am beginning to think this will never be solved.

Upgraded from Beta 1 to Beta 2 on three machines with identical copies of a
15000 song library (all MP3). Deleted all *.wmdb files prior to upgrading.
