music files on my mp3 player need to be in a specific folder to be viewable
from the mp3 player and played portably without a computer. (music jukebox/
music/ drm). But when i synchronize from wmp11 beta version, it synchronizes
to (my music/artist name etc.) So i am unable to ...

If i get an email with a wav, i always get the same notice, "If the file is
on another computer and it goes on" I guess everyone have seen this, can
anyone tell me how to correct this, thank you

Windows Media Player / Media Center won't detect lots of my MP3 files that
are supposd to be in my library.  They play fine when I open them manually,
but they never register in the library.   I have heard that this is due to
either having "Compressed Headers" on my files, and/or ...

Is there a tool to export the wmp11 database to an access database or excel
sheet?

Every time I insert a CD, instead of asking me what I want to do, it
automatically rips to my media player library?  What can I do?  I don't want
this as a default, I'd rather be asked what I want to do.

I have my cassette player hooked up to my computer.  I can play my cassettes
through the computer.  Is there anyway to record those cassettes with Media
Player 10?  If so, how?  And then, is there a way to get them on CD to play
them in the car?  Step be step please.  I f not ...

Hi have just installed WMP11
I decided to rip my entire music collection, however I have had a few
problems with older 2 disc compillation albums, when I rip CD 1 all is well,

I would like to play .3gp conrtent in Windows Media Player 10.
Is there a plug-in or a codec that can be downloaded, to enableme to do so?

I am wondering if it is possible to select where WMP will look for the
library on your computer.  I ask this because I have a backup of my music on

whenever i try to open mediaplayer opens and disapperas! I can hear the
sound but no sign of media player gui! icon will be displayed on system tray
but when i try to restoreor maximize nothing happens.

This player does not play mpg or mpeg videos.
I have read all other posts concerning this problem.  I have tried all
suggestions, ie
reinstall directx 9c, reinstall wmp, try g-spot, Windows XP Video

With WMP 9 it was possible to choose whether ythe minimized player took the
form of a little icon (like all other programs), or appeared as a
mini-player.  
With WMP 10, I can't find such an option and its hogging my task bar.

The new windows media player 11 does not seem to support the drag and drop
feature of dragging one cd or artist and placing it into another like windows
media player 10. Is there a way to turn that on?
