I was pleased to see Beta 2 have the ability to drag and drop to move songs
from one album to another again.
Problem is that now, for some reason, "Find Album Info" and "Update Album
Info" is not working properly. I've got WMP11Beta2 on two different machines.

I have set WMP as the default application for .avi files, but it does not
display .avi files in the file list.  Of course I see them when I select 'All
Files', but I would like to see these .avi's included when I select 'All
Media Files'.

Can I control windows media player with a foot pedal
plugged into the USB port? I want to transcribe windows
media files, but need to be able to control pause/rewind
functions with a foot pedal.  Thanks.

I'm playing an audio CD.  It was displayed as Unknown Album so I
entered the information from Library tab including Artist, Album and
Title as you see in below picture.  However, on the bottom of the
player, next to equalizer looking thing, the artist is still displayed

So here's the thing - up until a couple months ago I was happy to put up with
re-buffering of a 60 second buffer every 5 minutes or so, as it meant that I
could watch video in reasonable quality at 350 kb/s. Since then my 'streaming
experience' has been 'optimized' so that ...

I just recently installed a DVD player on a computer and when I put in a DVD,
1/4 of the screen gets cut off. Every DVD I put in does the same thing.
Anyone have an idea what's going on here?

I recently downloaded windows media player 10.  Whenever I play music the
player crashes.  If I try to open any other applications it just takes ages
to open or not at all.  If I open task manager i get the message not
responding and when I try to close media player the boxes ...

My WMP (10) has been working fine and I have been able to watch downloaded
files, DVD's etc, until a few days ago. Now when I want to view the files I
get the error C00D11CD: Unknown error, I'm not sure why everything was
working fine one day and the next not. Any suggestions?? ...

I guess the new Media Player 11 got pushed to my PC. I am running a new Dell
desktop with a Radeon X600 card and a digital widescreen monitor set to
1280x800. I had been playing movies I had made in Roxio and others made in
Movie Maker fine on this PC under the previous Media ...

I've only just dicovered it happening but when i play an album off my
computer it plays the last track first. I just want it to start off by it
playing the first track first and not having to alter the play list after
media player has opened!!
